The Rocket Science Improv Show – Saturday, August 25 2

This weeks’ “episode” of the Rocket Science Improv Show is on Saturday, August 25, 6PM at The Improv Space in Westwood. We’ve got an amazing, FREE, improv show featuring some of our favorite improv teams. We have plundered three great improv teams from their Westside Comedy Theater roots. We have Room 604, of course, but also Falcon Quest and McCallister.

Room 604 features Jerry Witt, Mark D Allen, Breeze Geier, Miranda Shade, and Jon Thompson; all of whom attended classes and performed at The Westside Comedy Theater. Room 604 plays a brand of Close Quarters Improv that takes you to the heart of any city or town. The entire show is based on your suggestion of a business or location that you can find in your home town. They’ve taken audiences to gas stations, post offices, day spas, and dive bars. Come see where they’ll take audiences next.

Falcon Quest is an alley team at the Westside Comedy Theater. They are vicious improvisational birds of prey characterized by long, pointed wings & swift, powerful comedy. Find out more about this team on their Facebook page.

McCallister is a Westside Comedy Theater house team. They are super-discrete about their form and the list of members is on a need-to-know basis only. We suspect that they take some of their inspiration from the classic gangster film, Angels with Filthy Souls. You’ll need to watch them perform if you want to know more.

This is going to be a super-fun show. You owe it to yourself to be there.
